I am a West Coast Swing dancer and thrilled with the Ultimate BOHO shoes. Easy to dance in, comfortable and very cool looking. I needed a dance shoe for a wedding but did not want them to look too "dancerish". I also wanted them to look great with my dress, which they do. From a long life of dancing and high heals my right foot often is not comfortable with traditional ballroom dance shoes as they cut the inside of my foot 2inches below my big toe. The BOHO cradles my entire toe area and I can dance all night. I plan to buy this shoe in other colors.
Love these dance boots. This innovative design is so much more comfortable than other boots I have worn over the years. The padding is excellent. The zipper adds another feature and makes pulling them on very easy.
These were a little different twist on the regular strappy sandal type I get and I absolutely love them.

The Ultimate Pixi Boot is my first choice for dancing—I own black, navy, and now the charcoal gray. I’m impressed with the consistency both of quality and sizing. So far durability has been what I would expect of frequently worn dance boots. Of note: I hesitated to order the charcoal gray because on my devices the gray has a slightly blue hue—in reality it is a very neutral gray and dark enough to hide stray marks and dirt collected from the dance floor.
This is my 4th or 5th pair of the hybrid dance shoe and I love them, People always ask where they can get them and I always give your info to them. Many have purchased them and are happy as well.

I wanted to love these dance shoes but I just don’t know. They seem too small, like my toes will hang over. I did message team before ordering to see if they run true to size and they said yes so I ordered my usual 10 in wide since I have wide feet. My toes are popping out a bit too much for comfort. Idk I if I’ll exchange as it’s a bit of a hassle. I don’t love the heel. It’s a bit more narrow in the lower half of it so I feel wobbly in these shoes. I did get the slightly taller size but it’s still such a little heel, I didn’t think it would be a problem. The shoes seem very delicate. I hope they last for the price. I know they’re only designed to be used in indoor dancing. The shoes itself don’t have any sort of labeling on them or tag so I can’t verify that they even sent me the right size. The shop did reach out to me , which I appreciate, and verified that the fit is correct for a dance shoe. One thing to note: please be mindful when you try shoes on not to step on bare floor in case you need to return. I didn’t think of that and unfortunately mine got instantly quite dirty.
Edit: I decided to give them a try after a few people said the fit looked correct. They were comfy and more stable than I thought and my foot didn’t slide down at all. I would leave 5 stars if some things were improved, like the return/exchange process, if they included some sort of size/tag label on the shoe perhaps with info on how to try on without dirtying the bottoms, and if they added more info on their page about how the fit of their dance shoe should be. It also seems like much is out of stock and production is 4-6 weeks on many shoes. Little improvements like that can go a long way.

She provided three options for resolution of my concern, which made me feel like a valued customer. It is obvious to me that the staff members at Dance Connection actually read their reviews and follow up on them personally. This is an above-and-beyond approach to resolving customer concerns in this existing business atmosphere of online responses, etc. I'm very impressed and will continue to do business with Dance Connection for years to come.

A masters dancer dragged me to get better boots from Dance Connection. They are much more than ‘better’, they are great. Snug at the ankle and arch from the zipper and wide in the toe box so my toes can reach and move me.

I bought the Ultimate Hybrid shoe with suede and leather. The fit is exactly the size of my street shoe. It's a little wider with a bigger toe box to accommodate swollen feet and the end of the night. The suede sole does not need a break in floor time as some other dance shoes with suede soles do. They don't not have the mesh side panels that will eventually get holes in it and pull away from the sole. Now I want them in several colors! Delivery was quick, the chat person answered immediately and was very helpful. Highly recommended.
Purchased a pair a number of years ago and needed to get a new pair. Love the color, the fit is amazing and I would recommend to all.
I have large calfs so a little tight for me but over all a great dance boot
