Longtime happy customer **until this last order in September**.
I ordered men size 12, but size 13 arrived in bag labeled size 12...
Could not find contact info, sent an email to [****].
Nothing heard back from them, and I'm stuck with enormous shoes I cannot wear. Help!

The first shipment sent a 5.5 stating it was a woman's 6. They were too short. I wear a 6. Sending them back was easy. Thank you for that. Invoice of the second pair sent said 6.5 Woman's, but the shoe itself said 6. These fit as they should. Thank you.
